Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 8 am–12 am. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Chicago is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chicago follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This used to be my regular spot, but I won't be returning. I brought in my new tires and rims just to have them mounted and swapped for my winter setup. The young man working the morning shift had a terrible attitude and overcharged me $160 for basic mounting. When I asked if they were balanced, he told me they don't even offer balancing here. When I requested a price adjustment since the job was incomplete, he rudely told me to take my tires and go somewhere else. I ended up going to a shop near 54th and Ashland, where they do the full swap and balancing for only $120. Terrible customer service, rudeness, and zero work ethic.

So I read the reviews before coming to this place. I thought maybe I can just deal with the rudeness that everyone was talking about. The guy who everyone is preferring to is not just rude he's aggressive. It was me and another car outside waiting. He came out and asked who was here first. I said me then he yelled "THAN COME ON" while throwing his hand up. I disregarded that. After I pulled in I asked if they had the tire and how much would it be because when I called i was giving no information. He asked me while yelling "did you call? we'll what did they say" again not only was he yelling but he was aggressive with it. He was talking to me like I was his child or something. I told him they didnt give me a price over the phone but thats ok, I will go somewhere else. His tone and aggressiveness is literally chasing people away. Its a lil bit scary coming from a female! I will never try this shop again!

It was a blessing in the sky. Had a completely ripped tire in a busy higway on that day. I was driving with my spare tire.Carrillo sold a good tire for a good price, found the reason why another tire looked down (not a hole in the tire) and put air in ally tires. All for a very fair price. I highly advise him to any woman like me who does not understand much about tires and is look for someone who is honest in relation to the service and price.

Awesome Service! My tire got completely destroyed on these raggedy roads at like 11pm and I was about 10min away from them...they took care of me in about 20min...I walked to liquor store to get by the time I got back he was already done and he checked the air in all my other tires..Definitely 5 Star service and saved my behind🙏🏾
